Guess

As part of the chocolate festival there is a chocolate horse in Bijenkorf. It represents the horse that Sinterklaas rides, although he actually rides a white horse. The horse will be there until 16 November.
There’s a competition to guess the weight of the horse, I saw about 6 people desperately calculating.

Fish Dish

The local chocolatier gets creative from time to time. In the past he’s made shoes and a couple of weeks ago he had tiny football boots in chocolate.
Right now it’s fish, rows of them lounging around in beach chairs.

One of the best things about Christmas is Chocolate. One of the best things about this year’s Christmas was these chocolates from New Zealand. Inspired by the beach, and remember Christmas is in the middle of summer there, there are fish, seashells, starfish and pebbles. Beautiful and delicious.
